 Job purpose
 
 
 
 Lead the development and execution of Talent Management related activities, programs, and initiatives. Spearhead Building and maintaining OQ&rsquo;s Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning &amp; Development framework, and implementation, demonstrating Center of Excellence in Talent Management to Group entities and OQ SAOC.

 Main tasks and responsibilities
 
 
 
 A. Organizational Design &amp; Workforce Planning
 
 
 - Lead the design and evolution of OQ&rsquo;s organizational structures in alignment with strategic priorities.
 
 
 - Drive workforce planning to ensure future-readiness and operational agility.
 
 
 - Assess and optimize workforce productivity, span of control, and functional alignment.
 
 
 B. Talent Management
 
 
 - Develop and maintain OQ&rsquo;s Talent Management framework, ensuring talent identification, readiness, and mobility.
 
 
 - Implement succession planning for leadership and critical roles across OQ SAOC and act as CoE for the Group.
 
 
 - Lead performance management system implementation, career pathing, and leadership pipeline management and other national strategic initiative.
 
 
 C. Talent Acquisition
 
 
 - Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies, including executive recruitment and manpower planning.
 
 
 - Manage recruitment governance (e.g., security clearances, visa renewals) in compliance with OIA and Ministry of Labor.
 
 
 - liaise and coordinate with recruitment agencies, universities, and government partners.
 
 
 D. Learning &amp; Development
 
 
 - Develop and oversee L&amp;D strategy aligned with current and future business capabilities.
 
 
 - Lead competency development framework and structured development plans.
 
 
 - Lead technical, functional, and leadership development programs, including graduate and internship schemes.

 The contract specialist supports the organization and project team in handling all contractual and related commercial aspects in connection with the contracts with the customers as well as subcontractors and vendors, during the entire project&rsquo;s life cycle.

 Education/Qualifications:

 Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery certificate or equivalent

 Internship certificate

 Board certified in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery or equivalent AND completion of Fellowship of training program in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology or Fellowship in Head and Neck Reconstructive Surgery

 Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Adheres to policies, guidelines, plans and programs of SQCCCRC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs all duties assigned to his designation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assumes direct responsibility for the patients under his/her medical attendance in the assigned unit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts rounds and undertakes supervision of treatment of the inpatients as well as screening and examination of the outpatients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertakes supervisory responsibility for the medical staff within the unit and prepares regular reports on the activities of the unit for the department head/chairman.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in the various committees for the upgrading of services and organization of work within and outside the hospital.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in the planning and implementation of the department development plans and the different manpower training programs for the medical, technical and nursing staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in the planning and follow up of the medical education and research activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs all relevant interventions related to his/her field of specialization
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in health education programs through orientation and scientific presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in scheduling of on-call duties and provides on-call services
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in the assessment and updating of drug, medical supply and equipment needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Writes, completes and approves medical records and reports for patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides guidance and counsel to other departments when requested
 </li>
 <li>
 Completes and maintains his set of clinical privileges
 </li>
 <li>
 Complies with Re-validation guidelines and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned/directed by the chairperson/head of the department and approved by the Medical Director
 </li>

 Compiles with the policies, systems and processes in place that governs research

 Proven track record of delivering high-end projects in the Middle East (experience in Oman is a strong advantage).

 Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP integration, and interior finishes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

 Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
