<ul><li>Instruct and lead high-energy, movement-based Ninja Zone classes in accordance with Ninja Zone curriculum.</li><li>Review lesson plan, know instructional materials, set up space with appropriate equipment.</li><li>Create a fun and safe environment where youth can explore, move and grow.</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Arrive early and stay after class to answer youth and family questions and set&ndash;up, if necessary.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Clean up area and return materials after class.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keep accurate attendance records and totals.</li><li>Administer program evaluations. Provide weekly feedback to youth through instruction and once per session through written progress report provided.</li><li>Understand the needs and goals of participants and provide them with a positive, enjoyable environment in which they can achieve their goals.</li><li>Provide quality Ninja Zone class that begins and ends on time, follows the scheduled class format, and is at the proper intensity level by following the provided curriculum.</li><li>Be courteous, friendly and greet members by name whenever possible.</li><li>Respect the individual goals, needs and perspectives of each member.</li><li>Demonstrate a genuine interest in, and dedication to improving the health, fitness, and futures of youth.</li><li>Adhere to established association standards.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br>
<ul><li>Experience with young children (teaching, coaching, babysitting, daycare)</li><li>In pursuit of High School Diploma (16 years of age and above)</li><li>Must possess CPR/AED/O2 and First Aid certifications within XX date of hire.</li><li>Willingness to be trained in Ninja Zone curriculum within 30 days of hire.</li><li>Regularly attend program training and meetings.</li><li>Know and abide by center policies and procedures.</li><li>Know and abide by center substitution policies, minimizing the use of substitutes.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul></div>
