Oversee DoneSafe entries, ensuring timely updates to incidents, inspections, corrective actions, and training modules.</li><li>
Track and follow up on Safety Observations, analyze trends, and share learnings and best practices with the broader team.</li><li>
Conducted annual internal COR audits and completed audit reports.</li><li>
Collaborate with Project Managers, Technicians, and Branch Managers to build site&#8208;specific safety plans and track leading 
indicators.</li><li>
Benchmark with external HSE organizations, including CSA, NFPA, IHSA, and OSHA, to incorporate best practices into 
Spark's programs.</li><li>
Champion continuous improvement through data analysis, identifying gaps, and applying safety management system (SMS)

</li><li>Engage in incident investigation processes ensuring that causal factors identified have sound and sustainable actions tracked to closure.
</li><li>Drive and promote HSE awareness and HSE understanding within HVDC.
</li><li>Establish good exchange and collaboration with site HSE team and assist in HSE reporting.
</li><li>Share lessons learned as well as best practices to all project sites.
</li><li>Drives and ensures compliance with Group management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
</li><li>Support and co-develop for continuous improvement on HSE reporting and KPI methodology and analysis.
</li><li>Promote awareness and training of ISO Management System Standards as they apply to HSE Operations and Governance activity.

</li></ul>Your background:
<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in relevant field is required together with Post graduation (or) Diploma in HSE from approved institute for HSE course.
</li><li>Minimum 7+ years of experience required with hands on HSE experience in any electrical commissioning projects / power plants / sub stations / construction sites.
</li><li>Experience in the Middle east is required.
</li><li>Knowledge on MS Office, Intelex, IMS is added advantages.
</li><li>Teamwork, Analytical, Communication &amp; Presentation skills are the key required skills.
</li><li>Proficiency in both spoken &amp; written English language is required.
</li><li>Proficiency in local language is required.
