<li>Ensure appointments are converted into guest visits to achieve or exceed <b>monthly guest goals</b>.</li>

<p><b>2. Guest Tours, Membership Presentations, &amp; Sales Production</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct tours for 100% of all guests and aim to achieve a <b>50% conversion rate</b> (membership sales) and <b>20% Personal Training enrollment rate</b>.</li>
<li>Use <b>company-approved membership presentations</b> for all prospects.</li>
<li>Introduce each new member to a manager before completing the sales process to ensure a professional and high-conversion experience.</li>
<li>Drive revenue through <b>New Member Sales (NMS)</b>, <b>Point of Sale Personal Training (POS PT)</b>, and <b>Electronic Funds Transfer Sets (EFT)</b>.</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure sales team accountability to meet or exceed key performance metrics.</li>
<li>Maintain the <b>integrity of sales processes</b> and data.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>3. Customer Service</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Follow up with new members to ensure exceptional onboarding and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Deliver <b>best-in-class customer service</b> during all member interactions.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining a <b>clean and operational club environment</b>.</li>
<li>Retain members by addressing cancellation requests. In cases where retention efforts fail, escalate the cancellation to a manager for final approval.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>4. Miscellaneous Duties</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Sales Schedule:</b> Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required. Written requests are needed for days off, subject to General Manager approval.</li>
<li>Attend <b>mandatory meetings</b>, including monthly all-team meetings and daily production meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Must be located in Kuwait</b> (candidates outside Kuwait will not be considered).</li>
<li><b>3+ years of experience</b> in a similar sales or membership role, preferably in the <b>fitness industry</b>.</li>
<li>Strong <b>MS Office (Excel) skills</b>.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.</li>
