What drives the core purpose of this job:

What are the key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Develop and oversee program policies and procedures.</li><li>

Represent agency and program at weekly case conferences, meetings and events.</li><li>

What key knowledge, skills, and abilities are required to excel in this role:<ul><li>
Must be Licensed: LMSW, LCSW or a LMHC with 2 years of experience post licensure (This is required)</li><li>
Must have knowledge of resources for those living with mental illness and the ability to work cooperatively with treatment, mental health and criminal justice systems.</li><li>
Must have supervisory experience.</li><li>
Excellent communication and data management skills.</li><li>

<li>Represents organization at Local Human Rights Committee meetings</li>
<li>Responsible for reviewing and signing off on all progress notes, services plans, monthlies, discharge plans and prior authorization extensions</li>
<li>Participates in weekly clinical treatment meeting</li>
<li>Performs monthly quality assurance for clients</li>
<li>Ensures chart audit findings/discrepancies are corrected in the file within 7 days of notification date provided by QA personnel</li>
<li>Completes required 15 hours of professional training per year. Training hours can include but are not limited to the following: documentation of orientation, in-service training, and training at other places of employment. Classes taken should all be documented on a training form. All outside training must be approved by the Managing Partner</li></ul> 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
Education and Experience:

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree; four years of experience providing mental health treatment to troubled children and families; two years of experience providing clinical supervision to treatment staff; and two years of progressively responsible experience in the area of program design and development, program management, and staff supervision. Mobile Crisis for Adults and Children, and valid QMHP licensing through Virginia Board of Counseling. 
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Ability to set strategic objectives for mid-size social service organization; skills in program development and design and the implementation of program budgets; working knowledge of human services system, roles of human services personnel, and relevant community resources; ability to screen, hire, manage, and evaluate staff; ability to conduct and facilitate meetings; knowledge of the principles and techniques of individual and family counseling; ability to maintain effective working relationships with other social services providers, service purchasers, and clients; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Contractors or employees must pass a State Police Criminal Record Check, Department of Social Services Record and FBI Checks. The contractors or employees are also required to complete a Tuberculosis Screening Test upon employment and every year thereafter. Contractors and employees shall be provided training in behavior management, CPR, and first aid upon employment or any contractual services. 
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year starting

Our Mental Health department is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Director. As Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support for the agency&rsquo;s crisis response and housing programs. You will be essential in helping coordinate internal processes, maintain organized documentation, and ensure effective communication within and outside the department. You will accomplish this by:<ul><li>
Typing correspondence, reports, case summaries, program materials, presentations, and internal memos as assigned by the Director;</li><li>
Maintaining the Director&rsquo;s calendar, scheduling meetings with internal teams, community partners, and external stakeholders;</li><li>
Tracking critical deadlines and program benchmarks for licensing compliance, reporting requirements, and collaborative initiatives;</li><li>
Organizing logistics for team meetings, program trainings, and stakeholder events including room bookings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups;</li><li>
Processing invoices, monitoring office supply inventory, and tracking expenses related to program activities and grant allocations; and</li><li>
Providing coverage and assistance at the reception desk as needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Minimum of two (2) years experience in administrative support or office operations, preferably in a social services or nonprofit setting.</li><li>
Experience with database systems and program tracking tools preferred.</li><li>
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a wide range of individuals.</li><li>
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Acts 33, 34, 114, and sex offender registry clearances.</li><li>
Valid PA driver&rsquo;s license, mandated Agency auto insurance coverage, and reasonably clean driving record.</li></ul>
Annual income based on years of experience: $38,500.80 - $42,140.80 ($18.51 - $20.26 per hour).
