How you will make a difference (Job Overview):</div><div>
This position assesses clients at the start of treatment (reviews as needed), develops and maintains treatment plans, and conducts family collateral and discharge planning. The MHS II is a clinical treatment team member who is also responsible for providing direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the clients through direct and indirect physical and verbal interaction. POSITION SUMMARY 
We are seeking Behavioral Health Therapists for our clinic locations in Altgeld Gardens, Hegewisch, and Hammond. The Behavioral Health Therapist is a member of the interdisciplinary team and contributes to the comprehensive health care services offered by TCA Health. The Behavioral Health Therapist provides services to individuals, families, and groups to assist with improvement of social functioning and maximizing strengths. The Therapist interacts and interfaces with the community in diverse roles of advocacy and overall planning for service utilization. This position may be a regular full-time or a regular part-time employee. This position will be on-site. 
 
Behavioral Health Therapist Responsibilities
<ul><li>Perform bio-psychosocial assessments and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.</li>
<li>Provide effective treatment planning to assist clients in successfully achieving goals.</li>
<li>Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions.</li>

Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Hybrid Position Job Overview:Mental Health Specialists LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our hybrid (in-person &amp; telehealth) practice in the Squirrel Hill area of Pittsburgh, PA in a W-2 position role. You will start as a PT employee and have the option to stay PT or work in a FT capacity. This role is ideal for a licensed therapist passionate about specialized care and eager to build a niche clientele. We aim to have your schedule filled within 4 months, but realistically this may take 6 months.</li><li>Part-Time (15-20 billable hours/weekly): maintaining a minimum average caseload of 18 hours weekly of session time face-to-face (virtual or in-person) with clients, with a minimum 20 session hours available weekly for scheduling. Target: 792 sessions per year across ~44 working weeks.</li><li>Full-time (23-30 billable hours/weekly): maintaining a minimum average caseload of 25 hours weekly of session time face-to-face (virtual or in-person) with clients, with a minimum 30 session hours available weekly for scheduling. Target: 1,100 sessions per year across ~44 working weeks.</li><li>Offer in-person sessions at our Squirrel Hill office at least 1 day/week (7 client hours minimum) plus telehealth sessions.</li><li>Develop and facilitate at least 1 group session weekly (therapy group, class, or workshop). Additional opportunities include intensives, retreats, and online offerings. This will be developed based on your established caseload.</li><li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) within 48 hours.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers when appropriate.</li><li>Respond to client inquiries within 24 business hours.</li><li>Participate in mandatory staff meetings, CEU trainings, and case consultations.</li><li>Support the reputation and mission of Mental Health Specialists LLC through ethical practice and teamwork.</li><li>Respond to any crisis calls from individuals on your caseload</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage &amp; Family Therapy</li><li>Active, unrestricted license in PA (LCSW, LICSW, LPC, LMFT)</li><li>Residency in Pittsburgh, PA</li><li>Minimum 2 years post-LCSW/LPC experience (3 preferred)</li><li>Specialized training or certification in at least one modality (e.g., EMDR, DBT, CBT, EFT, ACT, IFS, etc)</li><li>Experience facilitating therapy groups</li><li>Proficiency with EHR, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace - ability to easily navigate self-led online tutorials</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative</li><li>Willingness to engage in administrative, intake, and outreach functions, when requested, which would be compensated at your Admin Rate and based on availability in your schedule (we offer this to bridge the gap in schedules in slow seasons)</li><li>Ability to follow simple and complex instructions, knowing when to ask for clarification</li><li>Background clearances required (FBI, PA Child Abuse and criminal checks)</li><li>Experience in a private practice or group practice preferred</li><li>Looking to remain in a W2 employee position with opportunities to grow within the company</li><li>Ability to start seeing clients 30 days from your hire date.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:Our generous benefits and compensation package demonstrate the value of our employees&rsquo; professional growth and training in specialized skills through ongoing supervision to maintain these skills, training opportunities, and more.
