Therapists will develop, document, and monitor treatment plans, monitor and document treatment services, interactions, and progress. <li>Attend treatment team, jail program staff meetings, clinical staffing and other required meetings.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field;</li>
<li>Certification as a Certified Addictions Counselor II (CAC II), CAC III preferred</li>
<li>Must be a Colorado registered (DORA) LPCC, LSW, LMFTC or NLC</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to effectively use clinical reasoning techniques and clinical judgment when</li>

applying a range of appropriate assessment techniques, such as mental status assessment, diagnosis,
 dynamic formulation, and potential treatment planning.

<li>Experience with applying the characteristics and foundations of behavioral therapy, which focuses on</li>

<li>Familiarity with types of psychotherapy for individuals or groups according to</li>

<li>Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities</li>

<li>Ability to enter data into variety of computer software</li>

Preferred Qualifications:

<li>LPC or LAC Certification</li>
<li>Licensed clinician in respective discipline: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC</li>
<li>Experience working in a substance abuse treatment program with a diverse population;</li>
<li>Experience providing substance abuse treatment to adult offenders;</li>
<li>Familiar with evidence-based treatment models;</li>
<li>Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;</li>

Responsibilities:

The Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) will see patients across the lifespan of care including diagnostic evaluations, individual, and family therapy virtually through a telehealth platform and live in the clinic setting. The Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) is responsible for independent decision making in the care of patients with mental illness.</div><div> 
</div><div>This is a fully remote role with flexible schedule options Monday-Friday 8am-7pm CST.</div><div></div><div> 
What You Will Do:</div><ul><li>

Provide exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and co-workers.</li><li>
Provide convenient, friendly patient care to all who come through our door seeking health related services.</li><li>
Assess patients&rsquo; mental and physical status based on the presenting symptoms and complaints.</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members; including psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurses, front desk staff, and other support staff.</li><li>
Assist in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions.</li><li>
Provide therapy to individuals or family members for those with chronic mental health conditions across the lifespan.</li><li>
Document patients&rsquo; social and psychiatric histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes.</li><li>
Refer to appropriate practitioner if feels patient would benefit from medication treatment.</li><li>
Educate patients and family members about mental health, expectations, and compliance of medications, and treatment plans.</li><li>
Help provide crisis management for current patients if need arises.</li><li>
Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training.</li><li>

Experience Requirements and Preferences::
