The technician is responsible for providing support to Intelliguard customers and Intelliguard employees. This position requires interaction with customers and/or Intelliguard Sales and Marketing personnel and providing answers for level one technical problems and working closely with the Intelliguard Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support for more complex problems.
