</i></b></li><li><i>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
</i></li><li><i>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).</i></li><li><i>Additional advanced life support certifications may be required per department policies.
