 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in healthcare construction. In this role, you will:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
