1.Ensure punctual and efficient delivery of catering items to the designated location at the airport and ensure that all deliveries are supplied as per the SOPs/procedures and airline specifications.
 
2.Liaise and assist the Airside Loading team (ALT) with the aircraft load/offload catering to ensure all flight requirements are met before departure.
 
3.Position and operate the high loader next to the aircraft according to the SOPs/ procedures to ensure safe and smooth operations for load and offload activity.
 
4.Conduct independent overall vehicle Pre-trip inspection prior to commencement of trips and report any mechanical breakdowns for corrective action to avoid disruption during load/offload activity on the airside.
 
5.Ensure pre-cooling the vehicle chiller and secure the cargo belts to avoid damages to the catering and equipment.
 
6.Observe safe driving practices in order to comply with the U.A.E. road traffic rules and DIA ramp safety regulations at all times.
 
Comply with all Health & Safety policies and vehicle regulations laid down by the company as well as report any damage/ defect caused or observed while using light and heavy vehicles to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues.
