 🔍 Specific Job Duties (Updated for 300+ Calls/Day)
 
 
 1. High‑Volume Prospecting (Daily Focus)
 
 
 Use&nbsp;Parallel Dialer&nbsp;to make&nbsp;minimum 300 calls per shift&nbsp;(the dialer connects you only to live answers; no voicemails or busy tones).
 
 
 Load prospect lists from Agile CRM into the dialer in batches of 500&ndash;1,000.
 
 
 Achieve a&nbsp;connect rate&nbsp;of 15&ndash;25% (45&ndash;75 live conversations per day).
 
 
 For each live conversation:
 
 
 Deliver the 15‑second&nbsp;IBS (Initial Benefit Statement).
 
 
 Qualify the prospect (do they ship to/from MENA? volume? current provider?).
 
 
 Either set a discovery meeting or move to the next call.
 
 
 Log every call outcome in&nbsp;Agile CRM&nbsp;immediately (use shortcuts and automation).
 
 
 2. Discovery Meetings &amp; Closing (Secondary Focus)
 
 
 Target:&nbsp;Set 10&ndash;15 qualified discovery meetings per week (2&ndash;3 per day).
 
 
 Run virtual meetings (15&ndash;20 minutes) using the&nbsp;1st Meeting Sheet&nbsp;to uncover value.
 
 
 Overcome objections using memorized scripts (Happy with current provider, Won't use a broker, etc.).
 
 
 Close new clients on 4PL service agreements.
 
 
 Negotiate pricing and terms.
