The primary focus will be supporting NY infrastructure projects along with supplemental projects in CT, western MA, and VT. Our infrastructure design professionals undertake projects ranging in all sizes and complexities, providing conceptual planning, alignment studies, and preparing contract documents for construction of improvements to local and county roadway networks, and state and interstate highways. We develop alternative improvement plans to balance project costs with other factors including environmental, utility and property impacts.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Apply diversified engineering principles and practices to our highway/roadway engineering operations as well as supporting bridge, rail, and water resources disciplines as needed.
</li><li>Take the lead in technical design aspects including design development and the creation of plans, specifications, estimates, calculations, design reports, and construction documents.</li><li>
Develop roadway, sidewalk, intersection design, including roundabouts, traffic signals, interchanges, and other highway infrastructure.</li><li>
Perform QA/QC on work products from drafters and design engineers. May act as quality coordinator for discipline led projects.</li><li>
Project coordination between multiple internal disciplines and may serve as a direct contact for clients, other design professionals, and contractors.</li><li>

Qualifications:
