We provide the truck, but you should have a clean driving record and driving licence. Drivers will generally work from Sutton in Ashfield and Chesterfield. Weekend hours are a necessary, especially around holidays and bank holidays. As Heavy Truck Driver, you are responsible to assist in any driving related duties and responsibilities and also to provide professional service to our guests. Your day-to-day
<ul>
<li>Ensure that the truck is kept clean at all times from inside and outside.</li>
<li>Ensure that the truck is parked in a proper manner and it doesn&rsquo;t affect the operations of the hotel and the receiving area.</li>
<li>Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Hotel services and check for any outdoor caterings.</li>
<li>Ensure that the truck is checked on daily basis for any damages and scratches.</li>
<li>Make sure every time there is an outdoor catering the chiller is operated and the temperature is maintained.</li>
<li>Ensure that the truck is kept clean after every catering.</li>
<li>Maintain the log book at all times when receiving the keys</li>
<li>Establish and maintain good public relations with colleagues and other team members.</li>
<li>Treat all clients and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times.</li>
<li>Give complete cooperation to any client or colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner.</li>
<li>Ensure that the HACCP policy is being followed.</li>
<li>Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests&rsquo; and employees&rsquo; health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.</li>
