Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager assumes the oversight of hiring and onboarding for Key Autism Services. In this role, the TA Manager will enhance and develop Key Autism Service&rsquo;s ability to attract top talent in the areas for which we operate, and beyond. The Manager will oversee the talent acquisition team and overall hiring process. 
The Talent Acquisition Manager should be an experienced recruitment expert with a keen understanding of practices and processes involved in acquiring talent. A top-notch Talent Acquisition Manager will be an exceptional leader who leverages their knowledge and network to build upon Key&rsquo;s potential. 
PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Overseeing recruiting, sourcing, hiring, onboarding and employee acquisition processes, including the management and/or implementation of key system resources such as ATS, HRIS, Social Media Platforms, etc.</li><li>Responsible for developing monthly, quarterly, and annual spending forecasts and adhering to approved monthly, quarterly, and annual spending limits. Forecasts shall include, at a minimum, cost/benefit analysis for all spend.</li><li>Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies to meet established benchmarks, ultimately driving the growth of KAS.
