Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</div><div>

Provides administrative and clerical support, including special projects</li><li>
Coordinates recruitment activities, job fairs, interviews, and onboarding for DCWs.</li><li>
Maintains accurate, confidential records of clients, veterans, and DCWs.</li><li>
Tracks, compiles, and reports program and organizational data.</li><li>
Documents communications and interactions with clients, veterans, and applicants.</li><li>
Manages training, certification, and compliance tracking for DCWs.</li><li>
Builds and maintains community partnerships to support recruitment efforts.</li><li>
Prepares and distributes documents, coordinates meetings, and provides professional customer service.</li></ul></div><div><div>

Qualifications:<div><div><div>
An equivalent combination of education and experience related to the position may be considered.<ul><li>
A High school diploma or GED; some college or an Associate's degree with coursework in accounting is preferred.</li><li>
At least one (1) year of experience in administrative support, data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer service; two (2) years is preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div>

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.
