Nature and Scope:

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

<li>Provide exemplary customer service to clients and other CMA employees.</li>
<li>Creating draft budgets.</li>
<li>Monitor budgets and expenses on behalf of clients.</li>

<li>Arranges for prompt and satisfactory responses to emergency service requests.</li>

<li>Checks emails and voicemails each business day. Responds to voicemails within 24 hours and emails within 48 hours.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent office hours as designated by CMA policies and procedures with the guidance of the Division Manager.</li>
<li>Serves as liaison between CMA and the Board of Directors, homeowners, service providers, and/or contractors.</li>
<li>When applicable, documents the performance of direct reports throughout the year and conducts thoughtful, constructive performance evaluations annually/including disciplinary actions with the direction from Human Resources.</li>
