To ensure success in this role, the Staffing and Engagement Specialist should possess solid knowledge of staffing practices and demonstrate experience in a similar role.
The Specialist will also be ensuring our Care Partners feel engaged as employees, monitor their well-being and offer support or referrals to those who need any.
