Strong documentation and communication with the ability to stay calm and cope with human suffering/emergencies. Prefer hospice experience, home health, or acute care nursing experience with computer charting experience.

Job Summary:</b></p>

Ennoble Care is hiring for a Full-time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager to work within and around the Arlington / Fairfax / Loudoun County region in Virginia. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN Case Manager works under the general direction of the Director of Nursing, the attending physician and the interdisciplinary group in providing skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care in order to maximize the comfort and health of both patients and their loved ones/caregivers.</p>

<li>Supervise and document the NAC every two weeks or as assigned</li>

<li>Assume the role of associate nurse when responding to patient/loved ones/caregivers of other primary nurses during off-hour times or as requested by the Patient Care Coordinator to fill patient/family needs during the absence of other primary nurses</li>

<li>Participate in the Hospice orientation and in-service training programs for professional staff</li>
