Summary:</b></p><p>
The Hospice Sales Liaison role was designed to help meet and exceed the census goals by proactively interacting with healthcare referral sources, organizations, and providers in conjunction with the community to attain referrals and admissions. We are looking for a new Advocate to help cover the Houston Hospice service area.</p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Proven track record of medical sales experience.</li><li>
Two years of experience in healthcare marketing is strongly preferred</li><li>
Hospice experience preferred.</li><li>
Ability to handle detailed and confidential information.</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule (infrequent evenings and weekends.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to accommodate multi-faith beliefs and cultural backgrounds of patients/families.</li><li>

Collaborate with provider partners, community and state agencies, hospitals, SNFs, and other partnerships providing education within targeted communities/populations.</li><li>

Knowledgeable in Hospice required</b></p><p>
Experience in selling a service</p><p>
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being an active team player</p><p></p><p><br>
