Home health and hospice setting serving patients across the Southern Black Hills region, including Hot Springs, Custer, Edgemont, Hill City, Hermosa, and surrounding areas</li><li>
Patient population includes medically compromised adults and geriatrics with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, DM, cardiac conditions, orthopedic and neurological conditions, dementia, and general weakness</li><li>
Charting is done in Epic</li><li>
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts</li><li>
No weekend rotation and no on-call requirements</li><li>
Office is closed on 6 major holidays</li><li>
Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate</li><li>

Orientation is approximately 1 week and includes Epic training, shadowing, and documentation process review</li><li>
