Provide medical care and management for patients, exercising autonomy in medical decision-making and services provided for the Internal Medicine patient with an emphasis on cardiology patients. Function independently to plan, deliver, and evaluate health care for the Internal Medicine cardiology inpatient population. Job includes rotating through several services, including hospitalist teams and cardiology consult team</p><p>
As the hospitalist team, facilitate the transition of care from the ED to inpatient cardiology services. Focus on the caring for hospitalized patients to manage care and length of stay, improve resource utilization and decrease costs to patients and the institution while providing personalized care. On the cardiology consult service, evaluate and manage cardiology consult inpatients and work with the primary team to facilitate appropriate care, including cardiac catheterization, and medication therapy. The position requires staffing nights and weekends and, while primarily located at the University Campus, may staff at other locations including Iowa Rehab hospital and University of Iowa Medical Center North Liberty. Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP):</b></p><ul><li>A Master&rsquo;s degree is required. A Master&rsquo;s degree in Nursing is preferred. We are seeking an experienced advanced practice provider to join our hospitalist team at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New Hampshire.<br>

1+ years advanced practice provider practice experience, preferably in an inpatient hospitalist setting</li><li>
