General Summary of Position</b><br>
Responsible for effectively communicating with patients staff and guests of the hospital to ensure accuracy and timelines of patient meal trays and floor stock. Major responsibility includes delivering meal carts to patient units aiding in the meal set-up at bedside discarding of soiled trays taking inventory of nourishment area stocking the nourishment area and accurately operating technical equipment. The Healthcare Host/Hostess will be responsible for sanitation activities including dishware equipment cleaning and janitorial tasks. In addition they will be responsible for cashiering in the cafeteria. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below but MedStar/Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements.</p><p><b>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><br>

Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.</li><li>
Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams as appropriate. Participates in meetings serves on committees and represents the department and hospital/facility in community outreach efforts as appropriate.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>
Delivers carts to the correct floor or patient area.</li><li>
Serves trays to patients and determines if they need anything else.</li><li>
Assists customers with opening containers and cutting food when requested.</li><li>
Collects trays and places garbage and trash in designated containers.</li><li>
Records the amount and type of special food items served to patients.</li><li>
Brews coffee and tea. May be required to restock other beverage areas.</li><li>
Interacts with customers in the serving and dining areas.</li><li>
May take orders in an Expressly For You (EFY) environment.</li><li>
May assemble and deliver patient trays in an EFY environment.</li><li>
Replenish floor stock.</li><li>
Attends all allergy and food borne illness in-service training.</li><li>
Complies with all MedStar/Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.</li><li>
Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.</li><li>
Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.</li><li>
Participates in regular safety meetings safety training and hazard assessments.</li><li>

<div><p>The Threat &amp; Vulnerability Team Manager will be leading critical support for the Information Security&rsquo;s vulnerability management program (VM) for both the on-prem &amp; cloud environments managed by One Main Financial (OMF). Lead the redesign, build and day-to-day operations of the vulnerability management (VM) team to include standardization of processes and managing customer expectations.</li><li>
Effectively manage a team of vulnerability management professionals who are focused on proactively preventing the exploitation of IT vulnerabilities that exist across the OMF environments.</li><li>
Successfully assign and complete VM projects, tasks, and\or initiatives on time and to vulnerability management standards.</li><li>
Track all team projects, tasks, and/or initiatives in a centralized location (e.g., Microsoft Lists, Jira, etc.) and provide a reportable schedule.</li><li>
Drive actionable metrics which help ensure the team reduce the time and resources needed to detect, investigate, analyze and remediate vulnerabilities.</li><li>
Manage performance of risk‐based assessments of current and emerging information security issues to support the mission by prioritizing remediation efforts.</li><li>

A minimum of 6+ years of professional work experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in Vulnerability Management.</li><li>
3 or more years managing\supervising a team of vulnerability management professionals.</li><li>
