Duties and Responsibilities
</b><br>
As Bartender, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

<ul><li>Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.</li><li>Be familiar with preparation, ingredients and presentation of all drinks offered in menus.
</li><li>Inspect condition and cleanliness of menus and wine list.</li><li>Work with an empathetic attitude.</li><li>Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all beverages set by the resorts required standards.
</li><li>Ensure all mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks are correctly prepared prior to service in all beverage outlets.
</li><li>Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&amp;B day to day activities.
</li><li>Have good knowledge of all F&amp;B outlets opening hours.
</li><li>Knowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary.
</li><li>Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
</li><li>Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
</li><li>Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.</li></ul></div><p><b>
Qualifications</b><br>
To execute the position of Bartender, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years&rsquo; bartender experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.</li><li>Experience in cocktail-making, beverage service and garnishing with excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks.</li><li>Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.</li><li>I have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and I am able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status.</li></ul><p><i>

 Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aerobics, spinning, strength training) at all ability levels. Provide advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment. Assess individual's current exercise program and level of fitness to develop personalized exercise programs and provide fitness counseling. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately/in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency. Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services. Clean and maintain recreational area, equipment, and supplies. Call Maintenance or an outside service company if machines require service.

 Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests&rsquo; service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
