The host will maintain a well-groomed, sharp, professional appearance at all times.
The host shall greet members with a smile and address them by name, when possible. When seating guests, offer to check coats, pull out chairs, remove unnecessary settings. For dinner service, offer black napkins to guests wearing dark clothing. Thank guests as they leave and invite them back soon.
