Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet client upon arrival at the airport with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>
Escorting clients through security</li><li>
Escort clients to their gate, lounge, restaurant or amenity of their choosing.</li><li>
Assisting with luggage ensuring it loaded to the correct destination.</li><li>
Continuously monitoring flights and communicating any gate changes, delays, early arrivals or cancellations to the client.</li><li>
Assist client print boarding pass if necessary.</li><li>
 Become familiar with all airport amenities such as restaurants, services, retail locations and airline ticket counters, gate information, and the quickest route from point A to point B.</li><li>
Develop and maintain professional rapport with regulating agencies and airlines within the airport.</li><li>
Exhibit upmost confidentiality with clients and client information.</li><li>
Maintain strict adherence to escorting protocol within the airport.</li><li>
Utilize Airport Butler systems to manage service details and communicate with clients.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Airport Concierge must be able to occasionally lift / carry / push / pull and move items 45 pounds (or more).</li><li>

Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>
Good Communication Skills &ndash; Airport Concierge must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or email and phone.</li><li>
Customer Service Skills &ndash; Airport Concierge are the primary point of contact for clients with any flight changes must have professional, courteous communication while resolving customer concerns.</li><li>
Computer skills: Airport Butler Concierge will be required to use Airport Butler app to track to track the start and end time of a greet.</li><li>
Problem-solving skills: Airport Concierge may be called upon to offer clients other lounge and/amenities options has necessary.
</li><li>Time management skills: Airport Butler must be able to manage their time to effectively complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age.</li><li>
Must own smartphone with a mobile operating system and be willing to download apps required by AGI/Airport Butler for operational and data privacy purposes &ndash; partial reimbursement of service plan will be paid monthly</li><li>
High proficiency of computer and smartphone skills, including smartphone applications.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and communication skills.</li><li>
Must be willing to work flexible schedule morning, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the operation.</li><li>
Must wear company uniform as outlined and conform to all grooming standards.</li><li>

Overview/Basic Function: 
The Bell Captain is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and smooth operation of the Bell and Door teams at Rosewood AMAALA. Acting as a key ambassador at the resort entrance and lobby, the Bell Captain ensures that all guest arrivals, departures, luggage handling, escorts, and door/traffic operations are handled with efficiency, safety, and genuine hospitality, in full alignment with Rosewood’s A Sense of Place® philosophy, Relationship Hospitality and Rosewood, Forbes and LQA standards. This role supervises Bell Attendants and Doormen, plans their assignments, coordinates closely with Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Airport Representatives, and Transportation, and ensures that all entrance and luggage services contribute to a seamless ultra-luxury guest journey.
 
Essential Duties
 
<ul>
<li>Oversee all door operations, ensuring guests are greeted warmly on arrival and farewelled graciously on departure.</li>
<li>Ensure Doormen manage entrance flow safely and efficiently (drop-off and pick-up) while maintaining a calm, elegant environment.</li>
<li>Monitor the cleanliness and appearance of the entrance, driveway, and lobby exterior, ensuring they are always immaculate and aligned with Rosewood AMAALA’s image.</li>
<li>Ensure all Doormen maintain impeccable grooming, posture, and presence, and offer assistance proactively (opening doors, shading from sun, supporting families, etc.).</li>
<li>Oversee all luggage-handling activities: tagging, loading, unloading, storage, and delivery to/from guest rooms, always ensuring accuracy and safety.</li>
<li>Implement and monitor strict baggage control procedures to prevent loss, mix-ups, or damage; maintain clear luggage storage records and tagging systems.</li>
<li>Ensure Bell Attendants provide professional escorts to guestrooms, including driving buggy, resort orientation, explanation of key features, and coordination with Butler, Front Desk/Guest Relations when needed.</li>
<li>Supervise group arrival and departure logistics, including luggage pulls, group luggage rooms, and coordination with Tour Leaders or Group Coordinators.</li>
<li>Monitor and assist with internal deliveries (parcels, amenities, guest items, messages) while ensuring discretion and timely handling.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with Butler, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge, Airport Representatives, and Transportation to align on arrival/departure times, VIPs, and special requirements.</li>
<li>Review daily arrival and departure reports (including VIP and group lists) and plan bell and door coverage and luggage logistics accordingly.</li>
<li>Maintain continuous communication via channels (radios/phones/Unifocus) to update on guest movements, early/late arrivals, and operational changes.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly any issues, incidents, or service gaps to the Chief Concierge / Duty Manager, and document them for follow-up.</li>
<li>Enforce safe lifting and handling procedures for all luggage to protect both guests’ belongings and colleagues’ health.</li>
<li>Ensure all Bell and Door colleagues are fully aware of emergency procedures at the entrance and lobby (fire, medical, security incidents) and their roles in each scenario.</li>
<li>Monitor people and vehicle flow to ensure guest safety and mitigate security risks at the driveway and main entrance.</li>
<li>Ensure lost-and-found items handled by Bell/Door teams follow strict documentation and handover procedures in line with hotel policy.</li>

Qualifications: 
Experience: Minimum one years’ experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
 
Education: High school diploma.

<div>The Director of Front Office oversees all operational aspects of the Front Office Department, including Front Desk, Concierge, Personal Concierge and Personal Assistant services. This role ensures a seamless guest experience that aligns with the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the role is responsible for the smooth operation of the entire Front Office department, maintaining luxury guest experiences and inspiring a highly skilled team to deliver refined, personalized, and memorable services. With a strong emphasis on the guest journey and luxury service, the Director of Front Office ensures that every detail contributes to establishing the Front Office as a sanctuary of excellence within the hotel.</div>
 <div>What will I be doing?
 
As a Director of Front Office, you are responsible for overseeing all Front Office operations and leading the department to deliver an exceptional and personalized guest experience in line with brand standards, Forbes Travel Guide requirements, and luxury hospitality expectations. You will also be accountable for achieving revenue objectives, managing guest feedback, and driving continuous service excellence. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Operational Responsibilities
<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Concierge, Personal Concierge, Personal Assistant services, guest journey management, valet services, and traffic movement, ensuring seamless, elevated service delivery at all times.
</li><li>Lead and manage Front Office systems, including OnQ, ensuring accuracy of check-in and check-out processes, reporting, KPIs, and monitoring daily arrival and departure movements.
</li><li>Manage Synergy and Kipsu platforms, ensuring all processes are followed in accordance with brand and company standards.
</li><li>Oversee all financial and transactional activities within the Front Office, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
</li><li>Ensure all administrative duties are completed daily, weekly, and monthly in line with company standards.
</li><li>Manage room allocations in accordance with guest preferences, profiles, and arrival times to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
</li><li>Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and other operational departments to ensure smooth arrivals, departures, and room readiness.
</li><li>Drive performance against established targets, including Hilton Honors enrollments, upselling initiatives, and guest engagement metrics.
</li><li>Ensure guest arrival and departure experiences are consistently in line with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
