Position Summary: The Shuttle Driver ensures hotel guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. They work closely with Guest Services and other hotel departments to provide guest assistance with valet, luggage, transportation, and other miscellaneous needs.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Greet guests warmly, anticipate needs, and assist with parking, luggage handling, and escorting guests to their rooms
 
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and service needs
 
Provide guests with directions, local area information, and hotel amenities details
 
Safely transport luggage and packages to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and loading areas
 
Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a courteous and timely manner, using claim tickets and documenting any vehicle damage as required
 
Ensure guest vehicle keys are securely stored at all times
 
Explain guest room features and amenities, including televisions, phones, and other in-room technology
 
Transport guests via hotel van to local destinations or arrange appropriate transportation as needed
 
Transport authorized guests via hotel golf carts to IMG campus locations
 
Maintain hotel transportation vehicles, including cleaning, washing, and fueling of vans and golf carts
 
Ensure front drive, lobby, and entry areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, including seating areas, walkways, doors, and surrounding grounds

Qualifications: 
Valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
 
Previous experience in hotel services is preferred

Ability to read, understand and comply with the rules and regulations of the State and Federal DOT.
 
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
 
Knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and local area attractions preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
