<ul><li>Ensure proper maintenance and testing of Fire &amp; Life Safety equipment across hotels, including detectors, sprinklers, PA systems, fire pumps, and fire detection systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Drive adherence to SOPs for critical processes like chemical safety, machine safety, PPM, and others.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Investigate incidents/accidents in the region with root cause analysis and implement learnings at other hotels.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure training for all individuals in the regional engineering function.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Sustainability:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Implement and review IHCL's Sustainability program across hotels in the region.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Implement Sustainability Certifications like LEED, Earth Check, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct monthly reviews of data entries in the Sustainability platform for energy, water, waste, and other streams.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Statutory Compliances:</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure all relevant statutory compliances like PCB, Fire, Electrical, Water Supply, Borewell, Boiler, and others are complied with across all hotels in the region.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare monthly compliance reports on the above and report to the VP Engineering with red flags, if any.</li></ul>
