RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Performs basic repair and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms and public spaces.</li>
<li>Maintains building by performing basic repairs, carpentry, shoveling, clean-up work, snow and ice removal, plumbing, electrical wiring, painting and other related maintenance activities as needed.</li>
