Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. Replace dirty linens and terry with clean items. Make beds and fold terry. Clean bathrooms. Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items. Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order. The salary range for the role is $24.6009 - $26.4571 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need.  What This Role Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participates in cleaning and custodial duties during events
 </li>
 <li>
 General cleaning of Main room, , Common Areas, and Office Spaces
 </li>
 <li>
 Emptying of Trash &amp; Recycling Containers
 </li>
 <li>
 Vacuuming, Mopping, and buffing of floors
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishes and maintains inventories of Housekeeping Supplies
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with Operations Manager to Develop and implement preventative maintenance plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression Systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with third-party contractors while on site when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to close and lock building after events
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for compliance to all company policies and procedures

 What This Person Will Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>

 1-3 years of Housekeeping experience in a public assembly venue, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
 </li>
 <li>
 Early Morning, day-time, Weekend, and Holiday availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional Communication Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
