POSITION SUMMARY 
Architectural Project Managers oversee and manage teams producing and coordinating all aspects of two to five projects. They work on the design and production of the most complex Impact Housing projects and are responsible for these project&rsquo;s architectural management, design, detailing, production, coordination of allied disciplines, and QA/QC from the conceptual design phase through construction administration. They coordinate project production with IH development and construction management and represent the lead architectural viewpoint on projects. They also provide oversight of, and overall architectural guidance to, less experienced project managers and all architectural staff and may act in a team leader capacity in the absence of iDnA leadership. IH&rsquo;s design leadership team supports and mentors their professional development. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

<li>Oversee and coordinate design activities across leadership, design, consultants, development, and construction teams.</li>
<li>Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead QA/QC processes to maintain design and construction standards.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of experience in multi-family residential architecture or similar using Revit or equal, as well as other software utilized for the architectural design of projects.
