The Community Manager is responsible, under the supervision of the Regional Manager, for all operations at the community, including, but not limited to, general administration, maintenance, directing on-site personnel, and managing resources to ensure a stabilized fiscal operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Overview

Responsibilities<ul><li>

Direct the organization of community resident activities, preparing newsletters and maintaining resident loyalty and retention programs.</li><li>
Identify areas for improvement and improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the community.</li><li>
Research and shop the competition a minimum of one time per quarter to ensure that rental rates, concessions, security deposits etc. align with market conditions.</li><li>
Collect, post, and deposit rents/security deposits and other community income daily.</li><li>
Lead the maintenance and management of budgeted occupancy, collections, and expenses.

A minimum of three (3) years' experience as an onsite Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing, hospitality, or similar industry.</li><li>
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred (for LIHTC)</li><li>

Job Description</div>
The Project Manager position reports to the Senior Program Manager of Project Management in the GCSHQ Real Estate Development and Management section and will be based out of Washington DC. The position&rsquo;s primary responsibility is to manage the implementation of base building capital improvement projects from inception to completion.<div>
Duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:</div><ul><li>Responsible for managing capital and overhead projects up to $30 million. Determines the scope of the project and required resources and mobilizes them from within/outside the Bank.
