Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li><b>Program Design &amp; Administration</b>: Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, such as health, life, disability, and retirement plans.</li>
<li><b>Vendor Management</b>: Select and manage benefits vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring services meet the organization's needs and budget.</li>
<li><b>Compliance &amp; Legal Monitoring</b>: Stay current on government regulations, such as ERISA, to ensure programs are legally compliant.</li>
<li><b>Employee Communication</b>: Design and deliver clear communications to employees regarding benefits options, enrollment, and changes.</li>
<li><b>Employee Support</b>: Serve as a primary resource to answer employee questions, troubleshoot benefits-related issues, and guide them through enrollment processes.</li>
<li><b>Market Analysis</b>: Research market trends and benchmark the company's benefits offerings against peer organizations to ensure competitiveness.</li>
<li><b>Expense Management</b>: Oversee benefits expenses, including forecasting costs and managing vendor payments and invoices.</li>
<li><b>Reporting &amp; Analysis</b>: Analyze benefits-related data and trends, providing reports and recommendations to senior leadership.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>At least 4 years of relevant experience leading Benefits Operations in a manufacturing environment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop materials and explain complex information to employees.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li>
<li>Ongoing education or a certification in Human is a plus.</li>
<li>Prior experience with ADP, SuccessFactors, and FMLASource is a plus.</li>

$115,000- $140,000</div>

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
