The HR/Payroll Senior Analyst is an exempt professional role that offers an opportunity to learn and apply specialized knowledge of payroll administration, HR operations, and employment practices to analyze data, interpret policy, and then advise on matters of significance. The Work You'll Do:

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Manager, HR Operations &ndash; Europe in the administration of various HR operations tasks for Turkey. This role will also work with the Recruiting and Learning &amp; Development functions to support systems used for onboarding and training employees.

As an active member of the EMEA HR Operations regional team, this role collaborates on cross-regional processes and initiatives, contributing to consistent service delivery across multiple countries. The HR Operations Specialist is also expected to provide backup coverage for regional team members on transversal HR Operations tasks, ensuring continuity of service across all covered regions.

More specifically, you will:
<ul><li>Assist with administering payroll processing, ensures accuracy and efficiency in processing</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work with local HR team members in relation to employee questions surrounding Payroll and Benefit programs
</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with design and develop of employee communication materials related to all service operations for employees &ndash; payroll, benefits, and compensation programs</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide support for all compliance related reporting including various payroll, benefits, and other government required reporting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Partner with HR team members to support and champion positive employee relations through effective communication, policies, and practices</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the establishment and integration of compensation, payroll, and benefits platforms during mergers and acquisitions</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate and support the Learning Management System and new hire onboarding</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage, Create and Administer various documents in DocuSign relating to employment offers and internal updates and acknowledgments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support the HR Leadership in administering, creating, and implementing Performance Management System</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure the accuracy of data with ADP WorkforceNow as the global HRIS</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with regional HR team members to process leaves of absence administration</li></ul> 


What We Need From You
<ul><li>1-3 years of professional Human Resources experience including payroll processing experience specific to Turkey</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient English skills verbal and written is required</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with the Sovos payroll provider DataAssist is a plus</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in HR administration such as policy interpretation, employee record/file keeping, and regulatory compliance and global knowledge, preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes as well as manage and handle day-to-day details and deadlines</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with HRIS systems, running and analyzing reports for employee reporting, ensures superior accuracy in details of reports</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and written communication skills &ndash; ability to create employee communications for clarity and present programs to large groups of employees</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities (at times conflicting), remain focused under pressure and work extended hours as required</li></ul>

 Paramount is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our HR Operations team! As a member of the HR Operations team, this Coordinator will help manage key employee lifecycle processes and employee support across our HR Centers of Excellence. This includes Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Data Management and Payroll. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency by partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and transform the way we deliver HR Operations support. This position will be fully onsite, in-office 5 days a week. Primary client groups assigned will be our News and Stations population.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide employees with front-line HR support, guidance, and troubleshooting across HR topics. Including HR programs &amp; policies, timesheets and pay, benefits, and onboarding &amp; offboarding, while successfully conveying complex HR information in a clear and understandable manner.
 </li>

 Coordinate the escalation and resolution of advanced employee issues across Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams, while ensuring all parties are aligned and updated along the way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop &ldquo;self-service&rdquo; knowledge content for employees to access via MyParamount and ServiceNow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the onboarding process for all incoming employees. Including freelance employes. This includes ensuring all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner, logistics are coordinated across TA Ops, HR Data, Tech, and Facilities teams, and employee &amp; manager have a smooth experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end employee offboarding by guiding employee and manager through all necessary tasks and logistics. This includes supporting with logistical questions across Payroll, Benefits, Facilities, and IT, conduct exit interviews as required, and ensure system and Payroll offboarding is transacted in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests. Partner across HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and the HR Data Team to ensure transactions are approved and executed promptly and with accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team&rsquo;s HR operations specialist in preparing annual EEO reports for all CBS Television Stations. This involves collecting required documentation, verifying completion of trainings and job fairs, and assembling initial report drafts for review with the compliance team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HRBPs with reporting requests. This includes maintaining organizational charts, headcount files, and census reports for HRBPs, as well as coordinating more complex reporting requests with the appropriate specialist teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR Data team on regular data audits to ensure overall data quality and accuracy for your client group.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR Operational projects, aiming to drive HR process efficiency as well as employee experiences with HR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with HRBP teams on client specific projects and tasks, as required.

 </ul>
 
 Basic Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in a customer service, HR or administrative role (internships will be considered).
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of topics across HR functional areas. This includes Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, Organizational Development, HR Systems/Operations, HR Compliance, and Payroll.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

 Hiring Salary Range: $56,000.00 - 65,000.00.
 
 
 The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
