 THE JOB

 The HR Operations Analyst will provide global support for the Human Resources team and is responsible for the day-to-day activities to help support HR business partners and leaders across Ticketmaster. Reporting directly to the Associate Director HR &amp; Operations, the HR Operations Analyst will assist employees and managers on a variety of employee and/or contingent worker life-cycle processes and services. This position will act as a primary point of contact for HR-related requests. The role requires the ability and willingness to complete daily tactical responsibilities and work with a variety of organizational &amp; people-related issues. This individual will focus on enforcing compliance and reducing liability risks while establishing effective communication between HR, the business, and service teams.

  What You Will Be Doing

   Serve as primary HR operations subject matter expert across employee lifecycle
  </li>
  <li>
   Support and facilitate the transition of HR operations activities from the HR business partner team into the central HR Shared Services group in partnership with the local HRBP teams and the Associate Director HR Operations
  </li>

   Provide primary or secondary HR operations support by processing system transactions (through Workday), documenting process workflows, and implementing process improvements to drive organizational efficiency
  </li>
  <li>
   Support HR technology enhancement projects by providing process inputs and user feedback.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee creation and maintenance of process documents for HR processes, HR systems, background checks and internal reference guides
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure timely and accurate data entry, processing, and auditing of employee transactions
  </li>
  <li>
   Draft employment contracts and job change letters for distribution to the employee
  </li>
  <li>
   Problem solves a variety of issues where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

   Execute the one-time payments and distribute details for payroll processing.

   Experience range &ndash; 3&ndash;5 years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Indian labor laws, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, payroll statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus), and familiarity with HR audits is required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity while dealing with confidential information
  </li>

   Ability to communicate complex processes and solutions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor

</b></p><p></p><p>The UW Medicine Human Resources Workforce Management Systems (WMS) department is a shared services organization that supports all of UW Medicine Health System, including Harborview Medical Center (HMC), UW Medical Center-Montlake Campus (UWMC-Montlake), UW Medical Center-Northwest Campus (UWMC-NW), UW Neighborhood Clinics (UWNC), Faculty Practice Plan Svcs (FPPS), Airlift Northwest (ALNW), and UW Medicine Shared Services. WMS is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of HR infrastructure and applications which support all of these institutions, along with the implementation of new HR services and processes that are used to support and further the UW Medicine mission.
</p><p></p><p>The HR Business Analyst for Customer Support and Operations (&ldquo;Analyst&rdquo;) position will report to the Director for UW Medicine HR (UWMHR) and operate as a member of the Workforce Management Systems Team that is dedicated to supporting UW Medicine HR projects, processes, workforce data management and reporting.
