 2&ndash;3 years of experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.

 Prior experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to managing a mix of technical and non-technical teams (engineering, product, operations, sales, support).
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA/Other Master's Program in HR.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable in fast-changing environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.
 </li>
