Job Summary</h2></div><div>
Collaborates with centers of excellence in HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to align workforce development, strategic sourcing, and college relations strategies with overall talent acquisition and business goals. Responsible for developing and executing on programs that promote workforce development, strategic sourcing, and college relations initiatives. Actively engages with external partners including schools, unions, and community organizations to build a robust talent pipeline. Job Responsibilities</h2></div><div><ul><li>
Responsible for understanding the near-term and long-term hiring needs of the organization and building strategies and programs to meet those needs working with schools, community groups, and other partner organizations. This includes identifying external organizations to work with and developing partnerships with those organizations to become a tier 1 partner.</li><li>
Create innovative programs to build talent pipelines for skilled trades jobs and hard to fill roles. This work includes partnering with Community Colleges, trade schools, and high schools to build new programs that will create a pipeline of candidates for PSEG jobs who require less training to minimize impact to O&amp;M dollars.</li><li>
Responsible for the Company's internship program which includes ~150-200 interns per year. Manages all phases of the program including recruiting (on and off campus), onboarding, programming for the interns during the summer, appraisals, and conversion/hiring into full-time roles. In between each cycle, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing schools and build relationships with new schools.</li><li>
Responsible for building and executing on short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategies related to workforce development, strategic sourcing and college relations.</li><li>
Lead and mange a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.</li><li>

This position is responsible for providing assistance with the overall management of the Contingent Workforce Program and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: contingent workforce planning and reporting, recruitment, policy implementations, employment law compliance, as well as vendor management. Major Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Create, plan, and implement engagement surveys, and assist in leading the HR team in executing the Company*s employee engagement strategy, ensuring data-driven enhancements to employee engagement strategies across EKFC and accommodation.
Conduct research on best practices and support the design and implementation of the Company*s Diversity and Inclusion strategy to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
Manage EKFC reward frameworks and the annual recognition awards process, fostering a culture of recognizing and rewarding excellent performance through a well-maintained framework and program.
Design and implement initiatives to improve company culture and support employee well-being across EKFC and accommodation, including developing guidelines, implementation, coordination, and booking of company events for employee well-being and celebrations, such as sports/recreation clubs, leading to a healthier, more engaged workforce.
Ensure EKFC lives up to its Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by working cross-functionally within the HR team and evaluating practices to maintain a consistent and compelling EVP across the organization, including accommodation.
Create engagement content for internal communication platforms in collaboration with Corporate Communications to facilitate effective communication and increase employee engagement across EKFC and accommodation.

HR Specialist - Engagement

<div>Overview of role: The HR Program Specialist administers engagement and retention programs across the associate lifecycle for both HR and for the business. Under the direction of the Senior Manager-Associate Programs, this role will be responsible for auditing, updating, and monitoring key human resources programs that have a direct impact on associate engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The role regularly interfaces with field operations leadership and the HR team to provide appropriate support, gather input and feedback, conduct training, and run reports and audits for associate programs and processes.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide general administrative and operational support, which includes managing program materials, conducting training for leaders and HR, continuously tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key program metrics, and regularly communicating with HR leaders on program performance.</li>
<li>Analyze program metrics and company turnover, retention, and exit interview data to identify areas for continuous improvement. Make recommendations based on data analysis and feedback from operations leaders, field HR, and HR leadership team. Work with Senior Manager &ndash; Associate Programs to prioritize enhancements. Implement and communicate enhancements as appropriate.</li>
<li>Develop mechanisms for program utilization tracking and reporting, including the use of Microsoft tools and Smartsheet. Be able to connect data to program impact and recommended actions.</li>
<li>In collaboration with HR team leads, develop project plans and timelines to achieve key project outcomes within the identified timeframe. Facilitate project team meetings with cross functional HR and enterprise team members. Develop and maintain project documentation.</li>
<li>Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.</li>
