Job Summary: 
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. Experience in bench recruiting will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates</li>
<li>Utilize job portals and professional networks, especially LinkedIn, to identify and attract potential candidates</li>
<li>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability</li>
<li>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs</li>
<li>Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
</li><li>Assist in bench recruiting activities (preferred), including marketing bench candidates and coordinating placements</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li>
</ul>
