</li></ul>This position is part of our Talent Management organization with the specific title of Talent Associate &amp; Recruiter. This position reports to the Director of Talent Management and the Talent Acquisition Lead. We are a non-traditional HR department , meaning we do not manage payroll or benefits. Required Skills, Experience &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree OR associate degree with two or more years of relevant experience OR high school diploma or equivalent with four or more years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of experience and education.
