Essential Functions</li><li>
Liaison with IT and program owners to identify and resolve process and system issues in a timely manner.</li><li>

The HR Technology team is responsible for driving digital transformation within the HR organization, leading the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions that meet the changing demands of S&amp;C's data management and optimization needs.
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing HR technology projects, data, and processes to enhance the efficiency of HR operations and systems. Partnering with HR stakeholders and their customers, the Senior HRIS Analyst manages projects from intake through to delivery, identifying technology priorities, conducting long-term planning and delivering projects per project schedules, budgets and end-user needs. The Senior HRIS Analyst also serves as a technical point of contact and is a subject matter expert (SME) in ensuring data integrity, testing system changes/upgrades, and analyzing data flows to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities. 
Key Responsibilities:

Role:
What you'll do:<ul><li>
Partnering with HR, Working Groups and the wider Business, as subject matter expert, to provide expertise and direction for solutions on HR Tools and systems.</li><li>
Providing governance direction for solutions, ensuring the solution design align with prevailing Technology strategy and relevant technology &amp; corporate policies (such as security, data management, retention and GDPR).</li><li>
Identifying the key technologies, components and practices that will deliver value to Sky and deliver the Business requirement.</li><li>
Manage, perform and communicate the execution of system changes &amp; enhancements (projects, updates, releases, integrations, new configurations).</li><li>
Participate in configuration design and development: Data Structure, Security, Business Process and Role design.</li><li>
Be responsible for supporting the analysis, design and delivery of the HR Systems solution, including creation of test scenarios, performing functional tests, support of users during testing and defect resolution.</li><li>
For each Business requirement, produce and maintain relevant documentation in an agreed format &amp; location.</li><li>
Maintaining your own personal skills and knowledge in the field of HR Systems and Solutions Design as well as mentoring / knowledge sharing with others in the Team.</li></ul>
What you'll bring:<ul><li>
A Minimum of 3-Years Experience of Workday Configuration, preferably in a SME role.</li></ul><ul><li>
Demonstratable in depth experience of working with and carrying out, the Configuration on at least one of these Workday modules: Recruiting, HCM (including core comp), Talent &amp; Performance, Advanced Compensation, Security, Absence.</li><li>
Be able to demonstrate hands on experience using EIBs across multiple template types.</li><li>
Show a good understanding of the Employee lifecycle through Workday.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to collaborate, learn, share knowledge, prioritise, and adapt in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Experience with Test Management / Change Control Tools i.e Jira, Service Now</li><li>
Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and their application across complex technology estates.</li><li>
Ability to partner with the Business to bring their requirements to life, from the initial request through all the steps to production.</li><li>
Perform analysis to validate business assumptions and requirements</li><li>
Ability to handle non-routine queries and resolve issues from the application of previous experience.</li></ul>

<div>I. Job Summary 
 
This senior level analyst position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Human Resources (HR) Organization. As part of the HR Technology team, this role provides complex analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes. Generally, provides technical input for Digital/vendor support. 
 
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Responsible for application support and enhancement projects working with the HR Technology team, HR Process Owners and other stakeholders
</li><li>Experienced in Fusion Compensation functionalities, including advanced knowledge and experience in Core HR.
</li><li>Experience in configuring and deploying compensation plans, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs
</li><li>Has good knowledge on HDL&rsquo;s, Workflows, SQL, OTBI, fast Formulas, eligibility profiles.
</li><li>Has a fair understanding of Data flow and can manage integrations.
</li><li>Responsible for systematic intake and coordination of the design, build, test, and deploy phases of the application in accordance with established governance
</li><li>Responsible for planning releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across the assigned Oracle module(s)/HR application(s)
</li><li>Responsible in meetings and resolves priority issues with functional leaders/business stakeholders.
</li><li>Provides consultative support to Functional Owners and other stakeholders regarding configuration and system functionality to automate processes and address business issues. Oversees analysis to ensure optimal configuration
</li><li>Mentors and provides leadership development to team members and promotes continuous learning. Building a successful team and effective working relationships is a priority
</li><li>Provides status reporting, risk &amp; issue log, and application updates on a frequency agreed. Appropriately escalates issues that may put projects, deliverables, timelines, or day to day support at risk
</li><li>Responsible to meet project plan deliverables and timeline with a focus on standardization, simplification, and alignment of business processes across the enterprise
</li><li>Manages engagement with external vendors for support, enhancements, roadmap discussions and issue reporting/escalation
</li><li>Responsible for configuration of application according to design requirements and specifications. Works with Functional team to optimize processes and evolve to best meet business needs
</li><li>Responsible for Tier 2 support escalations and issue resolution, supports change management with system information.

</li>Manage the complete process of identifying, designing, developing, and deploying system enhancements or bug fixes, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business needs. Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless system performance and user satisfaction.
