The WS Inclusion Lead supports the alignment and development of Learning Support and EAL provision across the school (EY&ndash;Grade 12), working closely with the Head of Inclusion and Student Well-Being and divisional inclusion leads.  Purpose of Role
 
 
 The purpose of the role of Class Teacher is to share the responsibility for planning, teaching and assessments of the subjects assigned that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
