 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 To lead and execute internal and external audits of Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems across company sites and operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001).  Risk Assessment &amp; Planning

 Develop comprehensive Risk Register and Risk Assessment covering the risk areas within various work facilities (Warehouses, Plants, Service Centers, Production Workshops, Showrooms, etc.)

 Develop risk-based internal audit schedules and checklists.
 </li>

 Plan, schedule, and conduct HSE audits in accordance with the approved audit plan and applicable standards.

 Execution of Routine and special Audits

 Evaluate the effectiveness of HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.

 Identifying unsafe practices, regulatory violations, and systemic HSE weaknesses

 Identify non-conformities, risks, and improvement opportunities, and develop clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations.

 Ensure compliance with relevant local and international HSE laws, regulations, and standards.

 Qualifications:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

 Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001 (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HSE auditing, preferably in high-risk industries (oil &amp; gas, manufacturing, construction, Mega Retail Companies etc.).
 </li>

 Proficient in planning, conducting, and reporting HSE audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with internal audit frameworks and methodologies.

 We are looking for a talented and skilled Logistics Coordinator - Steel Melting Plant/Rolling Mill/Lime Plant to join our multicultural and diverse team in Kuwait. Operates weighbridges, handles by-products, handles finished products, handles billets, manages logistics, and manages data.
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Ensure that the customer is directed on the right warehouse gate for loading after receiving loading paper.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with crane operators for loading from the directed location as planned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the correct number of bundles are loaded and scan them accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the loaded rebars are tied properly, and in good condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict compliance of &ldquo;first in first out&rdquo; during dispatch and maintain an accurate inventory.

 <li>
 Maintain daily dispatch sheet as per location.
