</li><li>Carry out the borescope inspection for the stators as per service manual and LSPs.
</li><li>Arrange shipping of the power sections to the reline / re-coat suppliers. Coordinate with the logistics team for import / export.
</li><li>Create and follow up on POs for stator relines and rotor re-coat.
</li><li>Complete all necessary documentation and data entry during service process.
</li><li>Maintain 5S / housekeeping of work area.
</li><li>Communicate to Management any issues with equipment, tools, inspections, and HSE concerns.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
</b></p><ul><li>Engineering degree in a related field is preferable.
</li><li>2 years&rsquo; experience in a related role, considered an asset.
</li><li>Strong work ethic with multi-tasking abilities.
</li><li>Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail.
</li><li>Demonstrates a positive attitude with the desire to be a team-player.
</li><li>Ability to work in a shop environment and conduct physical activities such as lifting, crouching, reaching, and standing for periods of time.
