 &bull; Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
 
 
 &bull; At least 7+ years of total experience as a Drilling HSE officer / Adviser / Supervisor (Onshore or offshore drilling)
 
 
 &bull; NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
 
 
 &bull; Last position hold shall be in onshore / offshore drilling HSE (Supervisor) min 5 years
 
 
 &bull; Must have a knowledge on drilling rig / equipment / drilling processes
 
 
 &bull; Must have a minimum Level 1 IWCF certificate &ndash; introductory / Well sharp
 
 
 &bull; Must have a knowledge on well control equipment and managing HSE part of well control situations
 
 
 &bull; Practical Knowledge on Incident investigation methodology
 
 
 &bull; Physically ability to work under pressure and adverse weather conditions
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge in SIMOPs preferable. PAD drilling Exp. is preferable.
 
 
 &bull; Past experience in delivering rig site awareness trainings.
 
 
 &bull; To have a good communication skills / ability to perform on-site inspection/ audits / Behavior Based safety program implementation.

 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Construction Manager
 
 to lead and oversee the delivery of a large-scale EPC power project in Ahmadi, Kuwait. This role requires a strong leader with deep EPC and IPP project experience, who can drive site performance, ensure compliance, and manage stakeholders effectively.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and organize the integrated site team to supervise EPC Contractor&rsquo;s construction, commissioning, and quality performance through COD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules, approved method statements, and risk analyses at all construction stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress, identify critical path activities, and implement recovery plans to secure project schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in site and progress meetings, providing input for monthly progress reports and contractor invoice checks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee site logistics (lay-out, offices, storage areas) and daily management of technical staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with planning teams to track actual vs. planned progress and identify optimization opportunities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 🎓 Key Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 15+ years
 
 of project management experience, with at least 8 years in relevant technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in EPC/Independent Power Producer projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in managing
 
 large, full-cycle EPC projects
 
 (minimum two completed).
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of international standards, environmental legislation, and construction best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English.
 </li>
