</b></p><p>The HSE Manager is responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE policies, develop project risk registers, conducting risk assessments, providing training, investigating incidents, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and promoting sustainability. The HSE Lead plays a crucial role in creating a safe and healthy work environment while minimizing environmental impact and driving continuous improvement in HSE practices.<br>

</b></p><ul><li>Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering with experience in Oil and Gas/Refinery/Petrochemical industry.
</li><li>Practical experience of design, construction, commissioning and maintenance aspects of Oil / Gas

installations.
</li><li>Practical experience with HSE management systems, reporting and audit procedures. Excellent
<br>
written coordination and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop, update and maintain inhouse procedures.
</li><li>Must be conversant with local and international safety standards and norms.
</li><li>Must possess two or more HSE certifications (certified courses) in General Industrial Safety, Construction Safety, Environmental Management, industrial Hygiene, ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, ICertOSH, ASSE Certificate in Global Safety Management or equivalent courses.
