<h3>Job Overview</h3>A leading organization is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental operations across a large-scale facilities management contract.  Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering, construction, commissioning, and support personnel.

 Handle high-volume hiring campaigns while maintaining quality and timeline targets.

 <li>
 Screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for various project-based and permanent positions.

 Coordinate with project managers, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.

 Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

 <li>
 Utilize recruitment databases, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking channels to source candidates.
