The General Government HR Office provides HR support to seventeen diverse agencies some of which are under the Governor's jurisdiction and some that are independent.</p><div><br>
This position performs talent acquisition responsibilities relative to facilitating agency hiring requests, prepares applicant referrals for agency review, assists in preparing interview self-scheduling, and trouble-shoots Bureau of Talent Acquisition inquiries. Your work will include performing operational processing, tracking, and research relative to employee and position actions within the Personnel Action Requests resource account, reporting tools, and Employee Resource Center/AskHR system.</div><div></div><div><br>

This position exists within the Employee Services Division in the Employee Relations team and is a member of 13 Senior HR Business Partners located throughout the state. </b></p><p>The Human Resources System &amp; Data Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining human capital management (i.e. Oracle Cloud, UKG WFM, etc.) and coordinating all systems using employee data and information for the system. The analyst is in charge of providing advisory services and guidance to management regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs.
