 Job Duties

 Manages and oversees the daily activity of the security operations for Baylor College of Medicine at The Cullen Tower Complex.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates and advises with internal offices, including Title IX, Human Resources, and General Counsel, on complex and sensitive security matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommends and implements process and policy improvements related to security and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages reports for compliance reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follows established processes to resolve security issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages Security team members and operations, including scheduling of appropriate security coverage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other job related duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Security.

 Minimum Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.

 Five years of relevant experience.
