<ul><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.</li><li>Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.</li><li>Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.</li><li>Assist HR Executive for Attendance Checking</li></ul><p><b>Employee Records &amp; Documentation:</b></p><ul><li>Maintain employee personal files and digital HR records.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation as per college policies and statutory requirements.</li><li>Update and maintain HRIS or HR management system.</li><li>Maintain and update <b>Service Books</b> of teaching and non-teaching staff as per institutional and statutory requirements.</li></ul><p><b>Payroll &amp; Attendance:</b></p><ul><li>Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.</li><li>Coordinate payroll processing with accounts department.</li><li>Coordinate appraisal process for faculty and staff.</li><li>Support performance review documentation.</li><li>Maintain appraisal records and increment letters.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR (experience in educational institutions preferred).</li></ul><p><b>Skills Required:</b></p><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.</li><li>Good organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul><p><b>Salary : 20 K to 25 K Per Month</b></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
