Creates executive summaries with data pulled from SCEIS related to critical needs position turnover and attrition rates. The School of Research Science

<p><b>1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</b></p><ul><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.</li><li>Review applications, schedule interviews, and participate in selection processes.</li><li>Support onboarding of new employees, including orientation, documentation, and induction programs.</li></ul><p><b>2. Employee Relations &amp; Support</b></p><ul><li>Act as a point of contact for staff queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.</li><li>Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating where necessary.</li><li>Support initiatives to promote a positive work culture and staff engagement.</li></ul><p><b>3. HR Administration &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Prepare HR reports, including staff attendance, leave, and turnover metrics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with school policies, labor laws, and contractual obligations.</li></ul><p><b>4. Performance Management &amp; Development</b></p><ul><li>Support performance appraisal processes, tracking evaluations and follow-up actions.</li><li>Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating staff development programs.</li><li>Monitor staff progress and provide administrative support for development initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>5. HR Projects &amp; Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and projects.</li><li>Support HR Manager in initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and employee retention.</li><li>Collaborate with finance and administration for payroll, benefits, and HR reporting.</li></ul><p><b>6.
