Act as the initial contact for employee questions and requests by providing front desk support to department of Human Resources, including but not limited to: multiple line phone management, message taking and dissemination, walk-ins to the department, managing scheduled appointments to the department, managing the HR email daily</li><li>
Educate employees on standard policies and procedures as well as RWJBarnabas Health benefits, programs and initiatives</li><li>
Partner with key stakeholders to create, edit and distribute employee communications, including emails, newsletters, and other materials</li><li>
Process incoming and outgoing mail (internal, FedEx, etc)</li><li>
Create and distribute documents</li><li>
Serve as lead contact with vendors/administrators</li><li>
Enter employment data into system of record (Alchemy files, corrective actions, etc)</li><li>
Set appointments and arrange meetings</li><li>
Maintain calendars of HR team</li><li>
