What You Will Do

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Position Summary

Envoy is seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Irving, TX. The HRBP will act as a consultant and advisor to business leaders and employees across departments, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR strategies. 
Key Responsibilities:<div> 
Relationship Building</div><ul><li>
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, building strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
</li><li>Partner with senior leadership, including General Managers, Regional Managing Directors, and VPs to understand team dynamics and provide customized support.
</li><li>Ability to build a valuable relationship with business leader and their leadership team to drive HR solutions within the business unit and acts as a single point of contact for HR needs and guidance.
</li></ul>Guidance and Direction in Accordance with Policy and Procedure
<ul><li>Ability to act as the performance improvement driver and is a champion for positive changes/solutions in the people management.</li><li>
Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and fair employment practices.
</li><li>Support compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
</li><li>Provide clear guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, documentation, and performance management processes.
</li></ul>Employee Relations<ul><li>
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective, thorough and objective investigations.
</li><li>Provide coaching and support to managers and employees regarding conflict resolution, performance issues, and conduct matters.
</li><li>Proactively address concerns and promote a positive work environment with awareness of a unionized workforce and ability to interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
</li></ul>Training<ul><li>
Design and deliver training programs for management and employees on topics such as performance management, compliance, anti-harassment and other HR policies.
</li><li>Ability to answer and provide training for HR-related inquiries relating to policies and procedures, vacation entitlement/balances and benefits, WSIB/CNESST, short- and long-term disability claims, LOA and processing corrective action requests.</li><li>
Provide training and guidance to management on working effectively in unionized environments.

Position Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.</li><li>
3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment law.</li><li>
Experience working as a human resources advisor to senior leadership.</li><li>
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.</li><li>
Possess the legal right to work in the United States.</li><li>
Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Metroplex or be willing to relocate.

Support rollout and sustainment of HR programs (e.g., attendance management, LMS training, performance processes)</li><li>
Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement and standardization</li><li>

7. Payroll and Benefits<ul><li>
Partner with centralized payroll to ensure hourly data and pay changes are accurately captured.</li><li>
Triages benefits and insurance questions as necessary</li></ul>
8. HR Systems &amp; Data Integrity<ul><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS processes (e.g., Paycom, Barcom, Visual)</li><li>
Support reporting and data validation related to headcount, attendance, and employee status.
