<div>The Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all RRHA staff seeking HR support. This entry-level position is critical in fostering a service-forward HR culture by delivering high-quality support, administering core personnel functions, and facilitating effective communication between employees and the HR team. Basic Job Functions: 
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support for a variety of employee engagement, employee relations, and HR compliance related activities.
