Overview 
The American Arbitration Association (AAA), the leading provider of alternative dispute resolution services, is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist supports employees and management across a wide range of HR functions, with a strong emphasis on administering employee leave programs in a multi-state environment and managing complex employee relations matters. Work Environment

Compensation 
New York, NY: $99,000 &ndash; $105,000 
This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive targeting 10% of base pay.

Qualifications<ul><li>

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>

 Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting employee relations investigations and performance management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong capability in data management/reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 </li>

 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels.
