<ul><li><div>Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely onboarding of new hires and accuracy in data entered into ADP for all assigned groups</div>
</li><li><div>Ensure all licensing is received as required for any new hires based on job title and state requirements</div>
</li><li><div>Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR team members</div>
</li><li><div>Act as point of contact for all questions including medical, vision, 401(k) and ancillary benefits for assigned groups</div>
</li><li><div>Respond to requests for LOA (FMLA, PFL, Disability, etc.), including management of leave tracking (FMLA, PFL, Disability, etc.) for assigned groups</div>
</li><li><div>Provides ad hoc reporting as requested by Operations, Finance, or the senior HR team</div>
</li><li><div>Manage any Workers Compensation claims for assigned groups</div>
</li><li><div>Coordinate with HR Director and/or VP of HR as needed with onboarding and support of acquisition staff for assigned groups</div>
</li><li><div>Provide direct HR support to office managers and regional managers and guidance related to performance management, disciplinary actions, and general for assigned offices</div>
</li><li><div>Management of any employee terminations and all offboarding notifications</div>
</li><li><div>Complete internal investigations related to employee complaints or at the request of operations/finance in coordination with VP of HR as required, and prepare investigative reports with recommendations for senior management team</div>
</li><li><div>Assist with general employee communications company wide as needed</div>
</li><li><div>Provide back-up support for other HR Generalists for other groups/offices as needed</div>
</li><li><div>Provide HR Generalist support for general staff via HR email as needed</div>
</li><li>Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.</li>
<li><div>Performs other duties and special projects for VP of HR as assigned</div>

<ul><li>Excellent spoken and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet or exceed deadlines</li>
<li><div>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</div>
</li><li><div>Prior experience with ADP Workforce now platform</div>
</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Google Docs or related software.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Education and Experience:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.</li>
<li><div>Minimum 3 years of human resource management experience in a multi-state environment</div>
</li><li><div>Experience within a healthcare environment strongly preferred</div>
</li><li>SHRM-CP a plus.</li>
